Qualifications for U.S. Education

CNA-USA Alliance colleges and universities emphasize providing a high-quality education for Chinese students. As a result, they have higher academic standards than universities in the United Kingdom, Australia, and other English-speaking countries. Other qualifications American institutions seek include:
    • Chinese students who have a very good high school record with good grades and a record of academic achievement.
    • Chinese students will be expected to have completed a broad program of study in the Sciences, Mathematics, History, Literature, and English.
    • English language skills are an especially important factor for Chinese students seeking to study in the U.S.  Most colleges and universities expect Chinese students to take the TOEFL test (or equivalent, such as IELTS) and achieve a suitable score.
    • Standardized test scores from the SAT or ACT may also be required for admission.
